The contact form

If you fill in the form, we process your name, company name, phone number and your message. We use that data only to contact you about your request. The lawful basis is your own request for contact. The form runs through Formspree, which forwards the submission to our mailbox and stores it temporarily. We keep the request for as long as the contact runs and afterwards in our email archive.

WhatsApp and telephone

If you message or call us, the terms of your own provider and of WhatsApp apply. We keep the conversation the way we keep email, so that we can help you further.

Video

The company film is hosted on YouTube and loaded in the privacy friendly variant (youtube-nocookie.com). The video is only fetched at the moment you start it yourself. If you do, YouTube terms apply from that moment on.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no visitor statistics or advertising trackers. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical data such as your IP address in order to serve the page and to keep out abuse.

Your rights

You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Send a message to info@claviswijnimport.nl, and we will take care of it. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
